Didn’t get to share this on my yt channel last year cos many of the files were corrupted... However, with how crazy things have been around the world lately, I felt the urge to put together the remaining files (which weren’t damaged) so I can look back on some of my best moments in Italy about a year ago. It’s funny how at one point in 2019, many of us may have thought to ourselves “fk 2019, can 2020 come already” but who would’ve expected things to turn out this way. It rly breaks my heart every time I come online and read an article about how another life has been taken, how another business is shutting down, how hundreds and thousands of people around the world are affected by something (still) taken lightly by so many people. 😔 I genuinely wish this would come to an end soon and I know you do too, so can we please do this together so the world can be okay again? Please. 🥺

The past week’s been pretty intense. From thinking it was a regular fever, to rushing to the a&e at 1am when his temperature hit 40°C, then confirming it was dengue only on the 4th day after being admitted. Goddd, I know it’s not the end of the world but it does feel like it to me. I only blame myself for not keeping a closer eye before this happened 💔whenever he cries in pain during the blood tests for the last few days. 😓 I’m so sorry. Anyway, thank you for all your well wishes, he’s okay, but his platelet count continues to drop - so he can’t leave just yet. Hoping for a better tomorrow and that everyone who’s going through a hard time (esp with whatever’s going on in the world rn) to know that you’re not alone ♥️ May we all get through this stronger and better. Fighting!
